Access to the portal

Who can access the portal?

We sell to resellers and interior designers only. Please contact us when you are a company in need of art or wall décor, and we will help you out.

How do I create an account?

You will find on your top right a button called create an account. There you should complete all the fields. After that we will send you an email to create a password and then you can see all prices and place orders.

How long does it take to activate my account?

We will activate your account within 8 hours on working days.(Please check your Spam and publicity folders, you will receive an email to set a password.)

I am not a B2B customer, where can I find Any Image products?

Our products are available in many places throughout Europe. Please check Find us at for more information.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can select add to cart below each product, sometimes you will need to select sizes and type of frame for each image. Once you want to finalize your order, on your top right you will find your shopping cart, there you should select proceed to checkout and fill out the corresponding fields, continue, and place the order.

How can I request for a customized order (images, sizes, surfaces, frame types)?

Production & Shipping

Where do you get the items from?

We work made-to-order and all items are produced in Amsterdam, Netherlands. All semi-finished products are from European suppliers. This means that we are never out of stock and deliver all orders quickly throughout Europe.

What is the delivery time?

While most orders are ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days, it depends of course on product types and quantities ordered.

Do I get a track & trace code?

You will receive an email with track & trace codes from orders@anyimage.nl or as soon as the order is ready to ship.

Which carriers do you use?

Our preferred carriers are DPD or TNT for parcel shipments and CTS for pallet shipping.

How do I get your images for my website?

Send an email to sales.support@anyimage.nl with the requested SKU codes. We will send all images and product information needed by WeTransfer.

Payment Terms

How do I pay?

After you have received the order we will send you the invoice.
